Way of Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Dinners.

Tour Package Price 

Prices are land only, do not include international airfare to or from US and internal. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and prices are subject to change without notice. Accommodations are based on double occupancy, On-tour transportation I included as indicated on each program; prices are guaranteed upon receipt of deposit.

Not Included in your tour price

Airfare from your home and internal flights, costs of passports and visas, personal expenses such as beverages, laundry, room service, and meals not specified; immunizations and inoculations; communications charges, airport transfer not specified, gratuities unless was specified, and a Travel Insurance. Additional baggage fees levied directly by the airlines (s) may apply and are subject to change at any time. You should confirm directly with your airline(s) prior to departure.

Air Transportation

We can book internal air for you at an additional cost. If you purchase international airfare, airline taxes, full surcharges and government-imposed fees are included; baggage check and seat assignments may cost extra. For more information, please visit your airline’s website. Seat assignments are not available on all airlines and are subject to fees and change without notice. Flight schedule aircraft and seats (even purchased seats) may change without notice.

Registration and Payment

A deposit of US$ 350 per person confirm your reservation. Your deposit is fully refundable up to 70 days before departure. Full payment is due at least 60 days prior your departure and may be made by credit card on our payment gateway Culqui. 100% so confident. Wonderful Peru Experience reserves the right to cancel any reservation that are not paid in full at any time after final payment is due. If you make your reservation after the final date, payment in full will be required upon reservation.

Cancellations and Refunds

It’s important to let you know that when you book a tour, at least a local expert official tour guide and professional driver are scheduled for that tour. Booking a local expert official tour guide and a professional driver, means that they have to cancel work for other companies or other activities they may have scheduled for that tour, cancelling your booked tour less than 30 days in advance, often times affects their ability to reschedule that time, and  so they and their families are affected.

We would appreciate to keep in your mind, when you book and confirm your tour, we immediately start arrangements which include buying all entrance tickets, paying government taxes and any other fees involved in your tour. We do this in advance to provide you a guarantee that you will not miss out on any places or attraction listed as part of your tour.

If you must cancel your tour, the effective date of cancelation will be upon our receipt of your notification. Refunds for cancellations are subject to the following per person charge:

Wonderful Peru Experience recommends our participants to get a travel insurance covering cancellation fees.

Our participants mas change travel dates and they can decide to join another tour package, depending on our availability.

Pre – Departure

After reserving your tour, fully payment, you will receive pre-departure email wit pdf documents, that include a detailed itinerary, visa requirement, reading list. We will send your final electronic tour documents, two to three weeks before departure.

After your payment, please send us the invoice or the operation number or screenshot, to make sure the bank transference, be aware that could take more than 2 days to process depending your bank.

On Tour

There is no smoking on any transportation. Disabilities requiring special attention must be reported when making reservations. We will make reasonable attempts to accommodate special needs but cannot provide individual assistance. Tours require walking over uneven surface and you assume responsibility for your personal safety.

Should issues become apparent on tour that impact other travelers, we may require individual assistance be obtained or require the traveler to return home early. Any expenses for assistance or early return will be the responsibility of the traveler without refund for unused services.

Activities, lodges, may require a signed liability waiver. We are not responsible for any denial of service by carriers, hotels and other independent supplier.

Travel Documents

A passport valid for at least six months after the completion of your tour is required for U.S. citizen.

If your tour requires a visa, we strongly recommend that you have at least six blank visa pages available; for tours not requiring visa, we recommend that your passport have at least three blank visa pages.

Participants Information

Names provided to secure reservations must match participant’s passport. Middle names are no required to appear on airline tickets. Date of birth and complete passport details are required. Any minor name corrections advised after airline tickets have been issued will incur fees. Not all name corrections will be permitted by airlines and may require the purchase of a new ticket.
