These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made with Wonderful Peru Experience.
Payment of a deposit confirms that you have read, understood, and accepted these conditions.


💳 Payment Methods

We accept the following credit cards:

• Visa
• MasterCard
• American Express
• Diners Club

Bank transfers are also accepted (details below).


💰 Tour Package Prices

All prices are land-only and do not include international or domestic airfare unless specifically stated.

Prices include accommodations based on double occupancy and on-tour transportation as outlined in each itinerary.

Prices are guaranteed once the deposit is received. We reserve the right to correct errors or adjust prices prior to deposit confirmation.


❌ Not Included in Tour Price

Your tour price does not include:

• International and domestic flights (unless specified)
• Passport and visa fees
• Personal expenses (laundry, beverages, room service, non-included meals)
• Travel insurance (strongly recommended)
• Gratuities unless stated
• Additional baggage fees charged by airlines
• Transfers not listed in the itinerary


✈️ Air Transportation

We can assist with domestic flight bookings at an additional cost.

Airlines may charge extra for baggage, seat selection, and schedule changes. These are subject to airline policies and may change without notice.


📝 Registration & Payment Schedule

• A US$350 deposit per person confirms your reservation
• Deposit is fully refundable up to 70 days before departure
• Final payment is due 60 days prior to departure
• Bookings made after the final payment deadline require full payment at time of reservation

Failure to complete payment may result in automatic cancellation.


🔄 Cancellations & Refund Policy

When you book a tour, local guides, drivers, hotels, and entrance tickets are reserved and prepaid in advance.

Cancellation fees apply as follows (per person):

70+ days 30%
69–55 days 40%
54–40 days 50%
39–25 days 80%
24 days or less No refund

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers cancellations.

Date changes may be possible depending on availability.


📩 Pre-Departure Information

Once full payment is received, you will receive:

• Detailed itinerary
• Travel tips
• Visa requirements
• Final travel documents

Sent approximately 2–3 weeks before departure.

🚍 On Tour Conditions

• No smoking on transportation
• Guests with special needs must inform us in advance
• Tours involve walking on uneven surfaces
• Travelers assume responsibility for personal safety

If a situation impacts group safety or tour operation, assistance or early return may be required at the traveler’s expense.

Some activities may require signed liability waivers.


🛂 Travel Documents

• Passport must be valid for at least 6 months after travel
• Sufficient blank passport pages required (3–6 recommended)
• Visas are traveler’s responsibility if required


👤 Participant Information

• Names must match passports exactly
• Passport details and birth dates are required
• Name changes after ticket issuance may incur fees or require new tickets
